We hope you LOVE everything you order from us; however if something does not work out, we are here to help! Review the guidelines below and contact us at deltaswankygirl@gmail.com if you have any questions. (please allow 2 business days for a response) 


RETURN GUIDELINES:

★ For defective/damaged item claims: contact us via email within 3 days of delivery date with your name, order number, and photos of the damages.

★ Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached.

★ Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you at your own expense.

★ Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date received. You will receive a notice via email informing you of your store credit. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return. If your item is received later than 14 days your item will not be accepted and store credit will NOT be issued. In this case, the item can be returned to you at the customer’s expense.

★ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products lost or damaged in the mail before they reach Delta Swanky Girl.

★ ALL sale items, deal of the day items, markdowns, bralettes, jewelry, purses, accessories, gifts, and items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL SALE.

★ If you send back a non-returnable item (as listed above) a credit will NOT be issued. Item will only be returned at the customer’s expense.

★ SHOES: Must be returned in un-damaged box (box within a separate shipping package)

★ Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory. If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

1. Before making a return please read our policy to ensure that your items meet the guidelines. Contact us at DeltaSwankyGirl@gmail.com for approval for your return.

2. Include the packaging slip (that arrived with your package) with your return. If you no longer have the original slip you can include a piece of paper with your name and order number.

3. Mail the return to: PO BOX 251, Lake Village, AR  71653
